Visit to Tracy Aviary

Yesterday our little playgroup went on a trip to Tracy Aviary in Salt Lake City.  It was wonderful!  I took my girls, parents, and sister Janalee.  None of us have ever been there before.  We were able to get a group discount because we went with our playgroup.  You need at least 10 people in a group and you get a dollar off.  So, we ended up paying $4 for adults and $2 for children over 3 years old.  

It's a nice little aviary with birds, a free bird show, and we paid a little bit more for the Amazon Feeding Adventure.  It was definitely worth the extra $3/person to experience.  It was just my family in this giant cage with bright, beautiful Amazon birds inside.  The employee hands everyone a piece of apple and tells you to hold on tight.  The birds fly and eat from your hand.  We all loved it!
